Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

The tastefully furnished, ground-level (but not handicapped-accessible) and newly renovated apartment is a nice place to relax and be happy. Interesting places can be explored in the vicinity. There are natural pools and tranquil places like Steinhuder Meer. Excursion destinations such as the Walsrode Bird Park, Heidepark Soltau or the Serengeti Park provide variety.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also available on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Vacation apartment in Edelhof

The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Ferry house, with a view.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
