I couldn't recommend this AirBnB more highly. The entire family agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed. The house is phenomenal - the pictures don't do it justice. Clean, modern, with incredible private backyard space. A perfect retreat. The location is ideal if you are looking for a home base in southern Holland. This was a perfect jumping off point for our day trips to Roermond, Maastricht, and Brunssum. Or you can stay and relax in the house with a grocery store within walking distance. Lastly, Peter was an absolutely incredible host. Superhost ++ He was responsive, kind, generous, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. If you are looking for an AirBnB in the area and this one is available - look no further!

The space is exceptional and a successful mix of history and modernity. We were so impressed that we booked again right away. Quiet location, but still downtown as well as the outlet center is within walking distance of a few minutes. Roos and Jan are very friendly and we were also happy about the cake for King's Day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was extremely clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There was nothing missing – really everything important was thought of. The location is ideal: within walking distance you can reach both the market square and the outlet. Communication went smoothly, and we got great tips for excursions and restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay with very warm hosts – highly recommended!

This wonderful house is such a magical find! Nestled in the forest with a very swimmable river at the bottom of the meadow, this barn/house sits gently in the nature and was a perfect place for our 4 families to get together. Children and adults of all ages enjoyed playing in the woods, lazing by ( and in ) the river, fire side chats and even ping pong. I cannot recommend Jose and Paul high enough -very helpful and charming. We will definitely be trying our best to come back!

This holiday house is in a lovely quiet setting, convenient for access to Roermond and surroundings and also to Germany. There are lots of walking and cycling paths through fields and through the Meinweg nature reserve, literally on the doorstep. Robert was friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and well equipped. You do have to bring your own towels.

Warm welcome by Nick with explanation. Spacious renovated apartment with all the comforts. What is not (yet) seen on the pictures is the 4-burner electric hob and combi-microwave/oven. Oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee, and tea are provided. The bed sleeps wonderfully! Walking distance to Roermond bus and train station. The city is also within easy reach. For people with difficulty: you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

We had a lovely stay at the great furnished apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The location is very central. Everything is within walking distance. We were able to store our bikes with Peter and John.

Beautiful tiny house. You can get into the house very quickly and without any problems. We felt very comfortable and did not hear any noise from other houses. The absolute highlight for me was the shower.

We found the place a lot. There was no sign on the main road. The location is not far from where it is seen. The house is beautiful. A peaceful place with the sounds of birds. It's like a film plateau in American movies. Dreamy. Dreamy. The house is very useful, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very accommodating to family privacy. All items are new. Linen, linens, towels are new and there are very high quality dishes and pots. They provide coffee for the coffee machine at the entrance. Very nice in winter with cool air conditioning in warm summer
