The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea being located right on the seafront by the beach in Constanta's North Promenade neighborhood - the Dolphinarium area is located right at the entrance of the Mamaia resort. During summer, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is just in front of the apartment).

The cottage was originally built as a mountain residence in summer. It housed animals at night, and the owners slept under the roof. It was torn apart piece by piece and brought to the location where it is now. It was restored keeping its authenticity and transformed into a welcoming house.
