Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Vegas apartment is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and either a patio or balcony, pool and gym access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Note you may be required to climb stairs, as this unit may be on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor and there are no elevators.

The space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
