It also has an exclusive entrance, driveway for parking and backyard.

The space

• OUTDOOR SPACE: Guests have access to the entire backyard for great daytime and evening relaxation and fun.

• LIVING ROOM: comes with a 55' flat screen 4K TV to watch all your favorite shows.

• KITCHEN: Includes a full-sized refrigerator, full stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, cups, mugs, plates, utensils, cutting board, etc. There are also hot water kettle, toaster and coffee machines available for guests to use.

• BATHROOM: Toiletries, hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash are provided.

• BEDROOM: we have 5 bedrooms. There are 4 bedroom with queen size bed, and one bedroom with king size bed.

• LAUNDRY ROOM: includes new quality washer and dryer, laundry detergent is also provided.

• Free parking on the driveway. Around 3 parking spots.

• Split AC in each bedroom to guarantee your personal temperature adjust.

Lastly, we have a few asks:
1.) No pets.
2.) Additional guests/visitors please request BEFORE booking.
3.) Quiet time after 10pm to respect our neighbors (i.e. no outdoor conversations or loud TV volumes after 10pm)
4.) NoSmoking of any kinds indoor.
5.) No hair dying.
