A comfortable and cozy apartment very close to the beautiful Valentino park and the Marconi Metro!
Get to the center with a very short walk.
What you'll love:
- the location near the city center, the metro, and the Valentino Park;
- the neighborhood full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops;
- the new renovation;

The space
The apartment has just been renovated and furnished and is located on the second floor of a Corte condominium
The entrance is from the balcony.
The living area consists of an equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher!!!), a double sofa bed, comfortable for 2 people, and a TV
The bathroom, with forced ventilation, has a large shower.
The sleeping area consists of a bed with a comfortable mattress, a storage compartment and an area for hanging clothes (we currently do not have a real wardrobe).
EXTRA AMENITIES PRICE LIST:
- In case two guests wish to use separate beds, there is a €25 surcharge for the preparation of the additional bed set.
- Crib/high chair €30 each per stay.
Hourly late check-in fees, subject to prior authorization and confirmation:
- from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.: €20
- from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. €25
- from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., €30
- from 11 p.m. to midnight, €35
