Palm Tree Hideaway is in a quiet residential neighborhood:
• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy 8 guests (all must be on reservation)
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• A $400 security deposit is collected before check-in through our Airbnb approved secure system. This is fully refundable and will be automatically returned to your payment method 2 days after checkout, assuming no damages occur during your stay.
