Casa Palmerias is in the hills 5 mins from the popular bustling market town of Loule, which has many restaurants .
It is in a quiet location only 15 minutes to various golden beaches (including Vale de Lobo) and numerous golf courses.
20 minutes from Faro airport and 5 mins from the A22, the villa is an ideal location to explore all that the Algarve has to offer.

The space
Casa Palmerias is a fully equipped four bedroom home set in an elevated position in the hills just 5 minutes from the bustling market town of Loule, which has many shops, restaurants and markets.
With country and ocean views, it is in a tranquil location only 15 minutes to many beautiful golden beaches (including Vale do Lobo), Ria Formosa and to numerous championship golf courses.
20 minutes from Faro airport and with quick access to the A22 motorway, the villa is the ideal location to explore all that the Algarve has to offer. Lisbon is a 2.5 hour drive away and Seville a two hour drive.
The spacious villa has a very sizeable open plan living and dining area and a covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining or lazy evening barbecues, which overlooks the kidney shaped pool . Pool heating is included within the price from June to August ; pool heating is available at other times by arrangement at a supplementary cost. The pool has a generous sunbathing terrace and there is an additional roof terrace with extensive countryside views across to the sea and boasting a large open air chess board. There is also a separate games room with a full size table tennis table.
The villa has 100Mb fibre optic broadband and 5GHz Wi- Fi inside and out. The lounge has a large TV set with Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, is well equipped and includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, an ice maker and coffee machine. Outside there is a separate area boasting a freezer, washing machine and separate drier.
The villa is ideal for two families or a larger group and has very easy access to golfing, hiking, cycling as well as being an excellent base to explore the wider Algarve.
Please note that in July and August we can only accept bookings of whole weeks starting on Saturday. However any last minute requests will be considered.

Beautiful quiet area in an elevated position, the villa is tranquil and beautiful, an oasis of calm.. The kidney shaped pool is large and has a generous sized terrace with shaded areas as well as all day sun. The main terrace has sea views and overlooks the pool as well as having a barbecue. In addition there are lovely views on the roof terrace across the countryside .
The villa is a 5 minute drive from Loule, which is a lovely market town with plenty of good restaurants and bars, as well as shops and markets.
It is a 15 minute drive to various golden beaches , including Vale do Lobo and also Faro beach and the Isla Deserta. Vilamoura and Faro are both 15 minutes drive and offer plenty of lovely shops and restaurants.
