The space
PORTO DA RUA IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE REGION AND WHERE THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN SÃO MIGUEL DOS MILAGRES ARE LOCATED.
The house is all walled, reserved, practical, with good balcony with hammocks and in front a nice lawn.
At the end of the street are the Grande Lau Restaurant and the Peixada da Maria, restaurants that are by the sea and with great structure of umbrellas, chairs, as well as delicious snacks.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one of them suite, split in the bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bathrooms with glass box and electric showers, lawn and shower at the entrance, barbecue and parking for up to 3 cars.
It is located at the same time close to the most beautiful beaches of Alagoas (Marceneiro, Toque, Laje, Patacho, Tatuamunha...) and inside a village with better structure for hosting: the village of Porto da Rua. The village has restaurants, creperia, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria... all very close to where the house was built.
The house has a nice lawn in front and a big shower right in the driveway. Place for hammocks on the balcony and also a barbecue, for those who like to enjoy the space, after a day at the beach.
We emphasize that it accommodates up to 11 people. It has a double bed, a sofa bed and an auxiliary bed in the suite; three box beds and two auxiliary beds in the second bedroom, according to photos; in addition to two sofa beds in the living room. It has a service area with a laundry room, clothesline and a third bathroom.
Interaction with us can happen anytime, via phone call or Whatsapp. For issues that require a physical presence, we have a responsible person, always available and alert.
I love the convenience of having all the structure I need, without large displacement, and in a place that I consider safe, quiet and private.
We advise you to use your own vehicle, but we recommend a very responsible neighbor, who has a SPIN for hiring tours and transfers.
Note: One of the rules of the house is not to allow parties or events and that the law of silence is respected with respect to not using loud sounds after 10 pm.
Guest access
Guests will have access to smart TV, where they can watch net flix, equipped kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, blender, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, dishes, cutlery, pots...), balcony nets, barbecue, showers at the front, three bathrooms, electric showers, service area with tank and clothesline.
As for the essentials: WE DON'T PROVIDE TOWELS.
Staying in our house has some peculiar advantages, such as an exclusive place, with privacy, where guests can be chatting on the balcony, while listening to a little music and having a wine or other preferred drink; they can make or buy the snacks they want or have a barbecue; playing ball on the grass with their pups; chatting the air in the hammocks, reading a book or taking a nap. This is all after a wonderful day, on the beaches, perhaps the most paradisiacal in the country.
Note: just around the corner of our house there is a little market that sells everything from groceries and lots of cool things to drink and snack.
Other things to note
WE HAVE RELAXED THE TIMES OF ENTRY AND EXIT WITH THE GREATEST PLEASURE, BUT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, THAT IS, PROVIDED THAT THERE IS NO GUEST ENTERING OR LEAVING ON THE SAME DATE.
