When me and my 3 other friends arrived to Puerto Rico Steve was generous enough to pick us up from the airport and give us a small tour, he charged us $20. The house is exactly the same as the pictures posted online. Cons: -Noise early in the morning -Bugs in the kitchen Pros: -Price for the home -Descent room space -Had all amenities (expect a pool) -Tons of mangos in the yard to eat Overall, Steve is a very nice and sweet person. He is very knowledgeable about Puerto. I would recommend this home to people despite some of the small issues we had.

Steve is a really nice guy and this was an awesome place to stay. All the rooms were clean and the necessities were available. Steve does own a dog but the dog is very friendly. Plus this airbnb is very centrally located and Uber rides are cheap.

When he offers to pick you up or take you from the airport, say no. He charges $30 and the taxis are usually only $20. The house was overall in decent shape. Very spacious and nice location. We enjoyed our stay but the house could just use a tad bit of work. When it rains, it leaks through the windows and you'll have to put towels down. The bathroom always had water on the ground due to how the shower is set up. There was barely any hot water throughout the day... usually only in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends only because Steve seems money hungry. Very overpriced for what we thought we were receiving but didn't actually receive. Sales tax is also not included in airbnb coverage so keep that in mind.

Hi Nakia, First of all you reserved the Home for 3 People only.. Later on you had approximate 7 People that you decided to host and Sublet my home... Off course you Ran out hot Water for 7 plus Guests.. Your Lucky I didnt ask you and your Guests to all Leave.. Over priced During Spring Break for a newly Remodeled 3 Bedroom Home. Look at other reviews! no Issues You and you Guest were by far the Dirtiest Guest Ever to Stay in my Home.. You guys Claim to work at the Washington DC Cheescake Factory as Servers.. Wow. I had to remind you to Take out the Trash... you and your Guests were sleeping with Sand in your Beds I had to hire extra Help to Clean up after your Mess... I would Never Ever Recommend you to stay at any airbnb Home.. We provide Travelers and Nice home. Not to be destroyed by ungrateful and dirty guests..

Steve has various apartments. Since he is mostly away his uncle is organizing everything. He is a nice guy that also offers you to pick you up at the airport. When we arrived (after having taken a taxi from the airport) he said that he of course charges less than a uber or a taxi. However in the end of our stay, when we asked him for an airport trip, he asked for 30 USD, which is even more expensive than a taxi that costs 25 USD. He will offer you that he can bring you to the rainforest and other places. He is a very friendly guy, but ask him in advance what he will charge. Then you will not get a bad surprise in the end of the trip. Especially because he will tell you that it is not much and that you should not worry. Regarding the apartment it needs to be mentioned that it is really modern and you have plently of space. If you like dogs you will be more than happy about Jay, who is always in the garden and looks forward to playing with you. A "nice to have" is that you can use the washing mashine without any extra charges.

Our host was very friendly and welcoming. He checked on us from time to time. Everything we needed was there, and the place was clean, cute and overall a good experience.

Whenever I visited Puerto Rico I would stay at my aunt’s house and she is now living in an assisted living home for the elderly. This was a special trip because my mom wanted to visit her family one last time in Puerto Rico. It was Spring Break and all the hotels and rentals did not have any vacancies and the ones that did were very expensive. The other situation was that my daughter needs accessibility of her wheelchair as well as my mom of her rollator walker. I found Steve’s house after looking for about 3 hours with my daughter’s help on the travel sites. It seemed too good to be true and even though I booked it through Airbnb, I was skeptical until I arrived at the house. The owner of the property, Steve and his sweet dog Jax, were waiting for us to arrive, even though we arrived at 1:45 am. Steve helped us with the luggage and had built a ramp so that my daughter who uses a wheelchair could access the house easily. The house was true to Steve’s ad and pictures. Everything was updated and new. We were centrally located to every one of our family members, the mall, and airport but most importantly to the beach…literally 10 minutes to get everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood was quiet, except for the roosters crowing in the early morning but we loved it. Accessibility was no problem at all; the entire house was easily accessible to rooms and bathroom. We slept on comfortable beds and Steve was so nice to us and made sure we had all the comforts of home. We felt as if we were family and we were in our own home. We were lucky that Steve stayed on the property while we did because he took care of any of our requests immediately. Thanks Steve. We had a great visit to Puerto Rico. My mom, my daughters, my sister and I loved it. I recommend you stay at one of Steve’s homes while visiting Puerto Rico.
