Our 4000+ sq ft FULLY REMODELED home has 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 granite top kitchens, a fully enclosed backyard patio with BBQ, a 2 car garage, and an off street drive way. This home has the feel of 2 large separate apartments. It allows individual privacy, while being spacious enough for all guests to gather comfortably. It's conveniently located just half a block from the Park with a beautiful lake and centrally located to many Denver metro area and regional attractions.

The space

The home is centrally located to many top attractions in the Denver metro and regional area. Whether you plan to visit shopping malls, cheer for the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium, explore DTC, attend a concert at Red Rocks, or visiting Downtown, we're right in the middle of it all. Easy access to US-6 to I-70 towards Colorado's best ski resorts and close to I-25.

Every inch of the home has been renovated (refinished hardwood floors, cabinetry, granite counter tops, new tiles, fresh paint, etc.).

Gather in the large main living room, the spacious main floor kitchen, or find more cozy areas in the second kitchen, upstairs sitting nook, or second TV area. The house has plenty to explore, making this an enjoyably unique Airbnb experience.

The home has 10 bedding options for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has it's very own floor with a California King Bed. There is also 3 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, a Twin size over Full size bunk bed with an extra Twin size trundle (3 beds total in one bedroom), and a futon sofa sleeper. Most of the beds have either a pillow top or memory foam topper. We have also added a raised queen size air mattress as well.

There is a full bathroom on every floor.

In the spacious main floor kitchen you'll find the dining table accommodates 8 and the kitchen island seats 4. We also have an additional round fold out table and chair set that fits 6.

The backyard patio is fully enclosed and xeriscaped. There is a 6 person dining set and a 4 person conversational patio set. Also, we added a new BBQ.

High speed internet is available. Local HD channels and Netflix can be found on the two flat screen TVs. Washer, dryer, and detergent are on site for your convenience.

A portable crib, toddler bed, a booster high chair attachment, toys, games, and other kid friendly items are ready for your stay.

You can find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, aluminum foil, Saran wrap, and other miscellaneous items are supplied in the home to make your stay easier.

I rented the house for a work retreat and it was really perfect. The best part was that Kim and Benjamin were so responsive and accommodating. They let us check out late and when a smoke alarm went off at the house they came to fix it within 5 minutes. We cooked as a group and had plenty of room. I'd definitely recommend this house again.

highly recommend. location is 20 mins from downtown, 20 mins from commerce city for concerts. awesome tacos and pho nearby!

We stayed with a large group. I think that more than 10 or 11 people might be too much but it fit us just fine. The house is much larger than you might think from the outside. Very clean and everything we could've needed for a long weekend. The only thing that isn't ideal about this house is the location. It feels like it's a bit in the middle of nowhere. Not a big issue when you can just call a car to pick you up but don't plan on a lot of great stuff within walking distance. But overall i'd say it's a great deal for the price. Really enjoyed our stay.

Benjamin and Ki9m were great hosts with very prompt and helpful communications. The house was well configured for our 4 grown children and their families with most amenities that are needed for 15 visitors. It was well located being close to a city park and with easy access to highways.The neighborhood sidewalks are very narrow so difficult for strollers or young children to use. Our family had a wonderful time using the house as our "base of operations."

Benjamin & Kim were outstanding hosts and accommodated our nontraditional arrival time. Our group of 9 appreciated the amount of space and comfort we all had. No one was butting heads or running into one another. The backyard is great for enjoying a meal or playing cards. There is a lovely park around the corner and the house is within walking distance to a few taco restaurants. The house was very clean and had ALL the amenities you may need. So many of Denver's gems are easy to get to from the house. All 9 of us would be happy to use Benjamin and Kim's house again.
