End unit Townhouse with private entrance and driveway to park plus one extra guest parking spot. Very spacious with Approx 1,300 sqft.
Best view in Hidden Creek with Sun in morning throughout afternoon with extra large windows viewing the Canyons mountain.
High ceilings, wood and tile floors, gas fireplace with stone, open living room floor plan, dining room to seat 6. Sliding glass doors open to private patio with 4 person hot tub. (Note: no children 10 and under allowed in hot tub. Kids 18 and under must be accompanied by parent).
Master bedroom with king bed located on 2nd floor has cathedral windows with Mountain View. En suite bathroom with euro glass rain shower and
Turkish marble tile. Shower window views the mountain.
2nd bedroom downstairs with queen bed has 2.5 bathrooms with bath tub & shower.
Fully stocked Kitchen with new white quartz countertops and bar stool seating.
Mud room for storing ski gear and boots. New washer and gas dryer.
Townhouse interior was recently renovated with sustainable hardwood floors, new carpet and tile. Townhouse exterior fully renovated summer 2023.

No use of the single car garage — this is used for the owners storage.

Welcome to my home that I AirBnB on occasion. I welcome responsible adult guests who will care for my home as you would care for your own. The townhome is ideally located and in a mature beautiful and quiet small cul-de-sac.

As my guest I want you to have a wonderful experience and enjoy this beautiful mountain place at the Canyons Park City.

Free shuttle van during ski season is available for guests to take you to/from the Canyons village base and gondolas/lifts in 2 mins. Pending snow, you can also ski down to the townhouse within ~200 feet.

Please note: Vail Inc. is constructing a new Parking Garage and the Cabriolet lift may not be operating during 25/26 ski season. The Waldorf Gondola or free shuttle van is available.
