An idyllic vacation awaits you at our exclusive bathing lake. Our holiday home (with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi) not only offers relaxation but also plenty of fun for the whole family. Our vacation home provides a cozy atmosphere with 45m² of living space and a 110m² garden. It is located in close proximity to Lake Rauchwart and boasts comfortable amenities. The Lake Lodge offers two bedrooms, one with a desk, a spacious living area (27m²) with a kitchen island and dining area, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, you have access to a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a partially covered terrace. Free parking right in front of the house ensures a convenient arrival.
Rauchwart is easily accessible by public transport via bus line B01 – just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Unwind in the cozy ambiance of our newly opened vacation home in the autumn of 2023. Our tranquil neighborhood, surrounded by nature, invites you to linger. Just a few steps away, you'll find a private lake access that you can reach in less than a minute on foot. This free access is also available to our guests and is only used by a few residents. Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that you keep them on a leash outside the fenced garden. The revitalized reservoir, where dogs can take their rounds and cool off in the cold water, is just a 3-minute walk away and feels like it's straight out of a fairy tale.

In the spacious sleeping area, you'll find a king-size double bed and a desk with power outlets and USB ports. The guest room offers a queen-size double bed that can easily be separated into two single beds. The living room features a large, high-quality double sofa bed. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for free, and a Nespresso machine ensures aromatic coffee. The cozy garden with a partially covered terrace invites you to relax for hours.
