.Enjoy views of the sailboats and the steam ships right outside your window! Sit on the patio and watch the summer sunsets. This fully furnished condo is steps away from restaurants and shopping. The Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive away (or walk if you want to!). Manistee is close to the Little River Casino, Scenic M-22, Crystal Mountain Skiing Resort and Spa, several golf courses and US-31 for a quick trip to Traverse City or Leelanau.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Central air, laundry, hair dryers, coffee maker. Cable service and WIFI, with smart TV is included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to River Street and the downtown food and shopping. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or hop on the River Walk and take a long walk to First Street Beach.

PARKING: There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and you will have one designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided prior to check in.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: Check-in details are sent to your E-MAIL address the day before your arrival. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
