Guest access
5 days before upon arrival, guests will have access to an online check-in system that includes a video presentation. It is mandatory for guests to watch the video, which contains important information about the property, check-in process and its amenities. Following the video, guests will be required to complete a brief quiz to ensure they have understood the key details.

The unit provides a self check-in service now to avoid direct contact with guests.
Steps are below:
➊ Confirm guests numbers before check-in. The unit does not allow unregistered guests BEFORE or AFTER check-in (penalty will be issued).
➋ Then guests will receive a【Self Check-in Instruction Video】and 【Self Check-in Instruction PDF】5 days and 2 days before check-in. Guests book the house less than 2 days, I will send you the message personally.
➌ Guests will be required to have a pop quiz that is related to the video to ensure that you watch the whole video.
➍ Quiz passed and you will have the lockbox password!
❺ Quiz failed, I will be at the front door to greet you :) Please kindly let me know what time are you going to arrive!

PENALTY FEES you need to know to help other guests enjoy the stay:
- unregistered visitors coming $200 per person per day (no extra bedding provided);
- unnotified commercial photo shoots and videos $2000/day (it is important to being ethical while building your brand);
- indoor smoking $500 (please smoke at the designated area);
- smoking weeds & gambling $1000;
- dishwasher repair fee $100 if dishes and cups are not pre-rinsed (sometimes food will clog the drain);
- late check-out will be charged $50;
- check-out later than 2 hours will be charged next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property;
- other extra cleaning fee like coaches cleaning, bedlinen cleaning, area rugs cleaning, unapproved pet’s fur and pee’s stains cleaning etc. may be applied specifically;
- hand towel missing will be charged $10 each;
- missing key or fob will be result in extra charge; $70 per fob (total 3 fobs will be exchanged at one time), $100 per garage door opener, $200 per key (I will need to change the door lock as well);

(1st time, message and phone call warning. Will give you 30 mins to respond the host and handle it. 2nd time I will be issuing $200 fine per person per day and calling the police. If it is in the late night after bedtime, the charge will be applied without notify.)

- NO pets without prior consent;
- Keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening;
- Outdoor shoes not inside, bring your own slippers or use mine;

❻ Guests are responsible for a basic cleaning the space before checkout.

- Empty the refrigerator;
- Turn off all lights and TV;
- Leave the air conditioner or heater on a predetermined setting;
- Dispose of the garbage. Please being environment friendly;
- Leave the key and garage remote at the unit; Missing key or fob will be result in extra charge;
