Welcome to the Sasquatch Ski Lodge - A cozy, quiet, and family-friendly first floor 2 bed and 2 bath condo to call home during your ski or mountain getaway. 8-10 minute walk to Main Street and Quicksilver ski lift on Peak 9 (Village base area including Main Street Station, ski school, Mi Casa, Gravity Haus, Christy Sports, etc). New, modern furnishings and appliances, gas fireplace, in-unit laundry, and community hot tub.
The space
The Sasquatch Ski Lodge is a great stay for your Breckenridge ski trip or mountain getaway. Enjoy easy, first floor access in a quiet, wooded setting close to all the shops and restaurants of Main Street. Walk from condo door to the Quicksilver ski lift on Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort in 8-10 minutes (timed in ski boots!) or utilize the free Breck Bus right outside the condo building with service every 15 minutes during the day.
Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area includes:

Private bed and bathrooms on opposite ends of the home provide an ideal setup for couples, friends, or family to be together but each have their own space:
- primary bedroom with king size bed, TV, work from home desk, and small closet
- primary bathroom includes water closet and large shower
- second bedroom includes queen and full size bunk bed, and additional twin bed, small dresser, TV (no cable, only streaming), and closet
- second bathroom includes bathtub, shower, and large vanity

- 8 minutes to Breckenridge Brewery
- 8 minutes to the Ice Arena and electric vehicle charging
- 13 minutes to Isak Heartstone (the wood troll sculpture)
- 5 minutes to Warrior's Mark and Burro trail
While we love all dogs, including our own, our HOA doesn't allow guests to bring pets.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo - 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, washer and dryer, 2 free parking spaces on the premises, community hot tub, and outdoor ski closet.
Other things to note
Please respect the neighbors’ privacy and do not disturb them.
- There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.
- Professionally Cleaned and Sanitized
- Digital/Contact-free Check-ins
- Please read House Rules thoroughly prior to booking - no pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
- The home is monitored with a noise decibel monitor in the common space. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
- Out of respect for our cleaner's schedule, we cannot accommodate late checkouts in the winter months.
- Please be sure to return parking passes to the unit prior to departure.
