We received your feedback and we must say we cannot be happy about it, as it stated false things without having proof of that. After your horrible sentences arguing there were bed bugs in the apartment we immediately came to check personally and hired a professional Company to double check the apartment itself, with the result (good for us, not for you) that there are no bed bugs at all in our apartment. We have a written paper of that Company confirming the apartment has no issues and that it never had any. We consider your behavior not correct, because when you think to have a problem you have to contact the host during your stay and not complaining with the agency (Airbnb) after you have left only and without giving us the chance to solve the matter (if any) or to reply at least.
