The space
Spacious open plan, sunny, one bedroom cottage with access to artist studio. Wake to bird song and the sound of the stream of water over rock, relax in comfortable chairs on the deck, ramble over 6 acres of bush and garden, enjoy the starry night sky. After the rains, you can find crystals down by the river. You share the whole property with just the owners, peaceful, rejuvenating. Internet coverage with Whatsapp and messenger available. No mobile phone coverage. Roger and Jan live on the property
Guest access
Tea and Coffee available in cottage. Breakfast basket available with organic eggs, homemade bread and jams and seasonal foodstuffs. Picnic basket available on request.
Guests are free to roam and relax in 6 acres of paradise.
We have an artist studio where you can allow your creative juices to flow, bring your own canvas and paints or we are happy to supply you.
Other things to note
Within a short drive from Kingfisher Paradise are cafes, art galleries, rock hunting, beach combing, bush walks, boats for hire, restaurant/pub, fish filleting services. Within the hour there is the Coromandel Township, Thames Township, over the hill to Hot Water Beach, Whitianga with white sandy beaches, cafes, artist trails and festivals.
