Beautiful apartment in the very chic station of Crans-Montana, with high quality finishing, a panoramic view, a large furnished terrace. The apartment was fully renovated in Scandinavian style, offering extremely brightness and great comfort. It has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and tennis courts. The apartment is located close to the shops, ski slopes, ski lifts, and golf courses, which are among the most beautiful in the world. Ski-in/ski-out is possible. Perfectly arranged for spending unforgettable holidays without any stress.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residence with a 20-meter indoor pool, a garden with gravel tennis courts, and a sauna for women as well as one for men. Among the different amenities, there is a parking space at your disposal at the foot of the building, as well as a ski locker. There is a free shuttle bus from the doorstep to the village, which is located approximately 700 metres away. The ski lifts are located approximately 400 metres away. You can also walk to the village, since many paths through the forest work as shortcuts. The location of your apartment is a good departure point for many hikes. In addition, you can - if the snow conditions allow so - leave and return to the apartment skiing.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, above the village, with a breathtaking view. A covered and furnished terrace surrounds the apartment, providing you terrace access from all parts of the apartment. The accommodation was completely and carefully renovated by local, in a Scandinavian design composed of: a large lounge/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. A large 4-seater sofa, an armchair, an ottoman, and two low tables delineating the corner lounge. The corner dining room is composed of a 160 x 90-cm table and 6 comfortable chairs. Numerous tailored wooden storage compartments make the area well ventilated and functional. This room is equipped with a television, a DVD player, a wireless internet modem, and a DAB /Blue tooth radio for listening to your personal music. Books and DVDs are at your disposal. Here, you will get an incredible view of the surrounding mountains, including the Matterhorn.
The open-plan kitchen gives onto the lounge/dining room. The set of appliances consists of a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, a washing machine, an oven, and a ceramic hob cooker. As for small appliances, there is a coffee/tea machine, a grill for 6 people, a fondue set, a set of mixers/choppers, a Creuset casserole for 6 people, a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. The many pots and pans are in an excellent condition and regularly renewed. A breakfast service, a table set for 12 people, and many glasses are also available. As for the linens, sets for the table, tablecloths, and cloth napkins will be available for having a nice table. The hall, with multiple tailored storage compartments, serves the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Also available are bath towels, swimming pool/sauna towels, table tennis rackets, household products, brooms, and vacuum cleaners
The bathrooms have been completely refurbished. There is a large separate toilet with a sink, a bathroom with a double sink, a bath, and a toilet, as well as a shower room with a shower and a washbasin.
The apartment has 3 well-lit bedrooms with multiple tailor-made storage compartments. The three bedrooms are very quiet and provide both an access to the terrace and a wonderful view. The first bedroom has a Flou 160 x 200-cm double bed, new mattresses, and bed linen by Sylvie Thiriez. Particular care is given to the cleanliness and quality of the bedding. The second bedroom is composed of two bunk beds and a wardrobe. Under the bed, there are two big drawers with games and books for children. The third bedroom is also fully provided with closets and a Campeggi sofa bed, (specialists in sofa beds) that unfolds into a real 160 x 200-cm bed, in which you will sleep divinely well. All the bedding of all bedrooms is new and the sheet colours are chosen for creating a serene and calm harmony.
A completely furnished terrace surrounds the apartment. Regarding the swimming pool we recommend, of course, to keep an eye on small children. Crans-Montana is also an ideal resort for families. The exceptional location of the resort helped it to receive the title of the ‘sunniest resort of Switzerland’. The apartment is located at 1600 metres of altitude, northeast - southwest oriented, for which it is constantly sunny. The Crans-sur-Sierre golf course is located less than 5 km away: it is one the most beautiful golf courses in the world. Every year, one of international golf’s major events (the Omega European Masters) is organised at the course. Another two 18-hole golf courses are located 18 km away.

Interaction with guests
As for sports, the ski area offers a splendid panorama with many possibilities depending on your level. There also are culinary stops at every slope of the station, in which several star chefs work. The nightlife is much appreciated as well. Many cultural events bring the station to live, with concerts and various music festivals (Caprices Festival, Crans-Montana Classic, etc.). Art is also very present with the new Pierre Arnaud Foundation. Fifty km away, in Martigny, the Pierre Gianadda Foundation offers an internationally recognised museum. A cinema offers the latest movies, in VO and in 3D (see website). For the moments after skiing or hiking, the station offers toboggans, a large skating rink, a bowling alley, an adventure bark, an indoor climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, lakeside activities in the summer, organised programs for children, the Vita Route, marked downhill mountain bike trails, sports/Pilates/yoga courses, a variety of spas, top-of-the-range shops for those who like shopping, and a magnificent library/toy library open to all public. In short, Crans-Montana is, as you may have understood, an ideal resort for an unforgettable holiday. Crans-Montana is a station that we particularly appreciate, so we kept coming back to it for many years. In 2015, we acquired this apartment for our family and friends. We have chosen this place for its tranquillity, for the beauty of the environment, and because it sits close to all amenities. The indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the ping-pong table, the garden, and the tennis court all add a real value if you want to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The apartment enjoys an incredible view over the whole Rhone Valley and the surrounding peaks; a view that you can enjoy while relaxing on the covered terrace, which you can access from all parts of the apartment.
