The space
Welcome to our cozy lower flat, ideally tailored for individual traveling professionals. This open-concept space combines spaciousness and comfort, making it a perfect home away from home.

The bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed, ensures a peaceful night's sleep. It's also equipped with a 24-inch Roku TV for your personal viewing pleasure.

The kitchen is well-stocked with essential cooking utensils, extra condiments, and a coffee maker to help kickstart your mornings.

The living room is a relaxing space. It includes a Roku TV with access to Netflix and Hulu, which offers diverse entertainment choices.

We've thoughtfully included a range of amenities to make your stay hassle-free. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, bedding, towels, and clothing detergent. All utilities are included, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

**Washer and Dryer use is only for guests staying over 14 days. Guests must use their own detergent, and the area is only open during the weekend.

Our goal is to cater to the unique needs of traveling professionals, offering a convenient, comfortable, and fully-equipped living space for your professional journey.

You will have access to the common areas and your bedroom, which are located on the lower level of the home. Common Areas include; Living Room/ Dining Area, Kitchen Space.

I won't be residing on the property. This is a professionally managed space, with a dedicated cleaner and cohost living nearby to maintain the property and ensure everything meets your needs. Please note the following guidelines:

Room and Personal Space: Each individual is responsible for keeping their room and any area of the home they use clean. Please keep all personal items locked in your room.

Common Areas: Each guest is expected to fully clean up after themselves. This includes the kitchen and bathroom.

Trash: The kitchen and bathroom trash must be taken out weekly.

Cleaner’s Role: The cleaner restocks supplies and prepares rooms for new guests. She also conducts a full home inspection to ensure the property is clean and well-maintained for each incoming guest.

Important Rules:

No Smoking: Smoking in the property will result in a $400 fumigation fee and immediate eviction.

Mailing Rules: At no time can you list this property as your mailing address; it cannot be used for guest permanent residency.

No Unauthorized Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
