The whole upper unit is yours for the stay! Though the yard is shared and open, there is no overlap in indoor living space between the upper and lower unit so you an enjoy the place to yourself
You will utilize keyless self check-in via a smart lock with a keypad.

All pets need to be disclosed at initial booking. There will be a $150 non refundable pet fee for the duration of your stay (not included in booking fee shown). You will be responsible for any damage your pet causes to the property or furniture.
This is an upper unit with a 1 bedroom unit located below that is also available for rent. Since the upper unit is directly above, you may be able to hear some footsteps from the downstairs tenant.
Please remember you are staying in someones home with newly purchased furniture. Treat the space and the furniture with respect so future guests can enjoy. Any damage noted will be charged directly to you through the airbnb claims process after check-out
If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP but please note nobody lives on site 24/7. If there is a true emergency, please call 911.
We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels but you will need to buy more once you run out.
