Modern apartment located in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of the city, Chamberí, a central neighborhood and very well connected to the rest of the city. The 90m2 apartment is located in a building with an elevator and has a living room, a separate kitchen, a small terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It sleeps four people and is perfect for families. In the apartment every detail has been taken care of to make your stay perfect. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and dining table.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, glasses, plates, appliances, etc.). The main bedroom has a double bed of 1.90x1.50 and the second bedroom has two single beds of 1.90x90. Both bedrooms have a smartTV. The bathroom is independent and has a shower. The apartment has bed linen and towels. My friends at Mintystay will be at your disposal for anything you need.

This apartment is not a tourist accommodation, so it is not rented for tourist purposes. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving into the apartment. Other things to note
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay.

It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest.

At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
