Our inviting one bedroom villa has all the comforts of home as well as unending ways to spend your time. At the resort you will have access to two championship golf courses, indoor/outdoor pools, a water park, horseback riding, 7 on-site restaurants, and a spa. Great location (walking distance) for Gary Con!
The space

FOR COMFORT…
Your 745 sq. ft. villa has a master bedroom with a roomy KING size bed and full bathroom that includes a shower, tub and hair dryer. 50" flat screen TV’s are provided in the bedroom and living room. The spacious living room has a PULLOUT SOFA which brings your sleeping arrangements available for up to 4 people.
Your villa also includes a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll have everything you need including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Even dish soap is provided for you.
A WASHER AND DRYER are also provided for your convenience in the unit. You can also enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day with an outdoor dinner and glass of wine on your porch/balcony with a golf course view.
FOR FUN
You'll enjoy 4 seasons of outdoor activities in and around your villa. The villas are part of the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva and are located on the Grand Geneva Resort host property. The villa building is just down the hill from the Grand Geneva lobby. Although not part of the Grand Geneva, you have the benefit of a quieter, private building and you will have free access to the shared indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center and the game room.
Other resort amenities include seven on-site restaurants, 2 championship golf courses, indoor/outdoor tennis, and horseback riding, which may require an additional fee, and the Evolve night club..
Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-35.
(subject to availability) You must contact the hotel in advance to reserve. All guests over 12 months of age must have a wristband.
Canoeing and zip-lining are also available in the area during the summer months, along with boat tours to Black Point Estate. Fall weather brings beautiful fall foliage and hay rides at Dan Patch Stables. When it snows, ski and snowboard at The Mountain Top, or enjoy a sleigh ride at the stables. Families also enjoy the old-fashioned Christmas in the Country annual celebration. Or enjoy on-site spa services year round.

Located halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee, this is a great year round destination.
Complimentary WiFi and parking are included with your villa. Complimentary high chairs and cribs are available for the 'littles', but are on a first come, first served basis at the time of check-in and are not placed in the unit beforehand. NO RESORT FEES
There is also an on-site resort trolley to help you get around the resort.
Your fully equipped kitchen, resort BBQ grills, and the 7 on-site restaurants have your meals covered. You also have an in-suite washer/dryer along with an iron and ironing board.
You're just a short 7-8 minute ride to the downtown Lake Geneva area and all it has to offer.
You are just down the hill (walking distance) from the Grand Geneva where Gary Con is held in March.
