A STAR GAZERS DREAM...see the space station, shooting stars and your favorite constellations. Rural home, conveniently located in the heart of Canyon Country, 10 miles from the East Entrance to Zion National Park 2.5 miles up a recently improved and graveled county-maintained road.
Pets allowed with no extra fee but MUST be declared ahead of time.

The space
This charming, quirky, comfy 1200 square foot home sits on a 120-acre family owned ranch. The master bath has a nice tub with jets but no shower option. The downstairs bathroom has a shower.
The location is an ideal distance for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and many state parks.

Guest access
The back yard is fully fenced. Nice propane BBQ.

Other things to note
We provide reverse osmosis drinking water as the mineral-rich well water can have a strong sulphur aroma at times.
There are occasionally power outages, usually due to heavy snow or lightning. When this occurs, they are quick to send out the crews but it can still take several hours. There is no internet when the power is out. There is a cooler and ice and ice packs provided. Again, this does not happen often but it is a possibility.
The indoor fireplace is propane.
Pets are allowed but MUST be declared AHEAD of time.
