Punta Esmeralda is a gated community surrounded by nature, mountains, peaceful beach and so many trees that you can't miss.
The public areas of the condo include a beach club that includes a lounge area, pool table, foosball, recreational pool next to the beach, children's pool, semi-olympic sports pool and two jacuzzis.

The space
The apartment is located on the 5th level and can be accessed by either of the two elevators in the tower.
The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the mountain and trees. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed, in the secondary bedroom there is a bunk bed with a double bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and a quartz island in the center.
There is a sofa to relax and watch TV and a balcony with mountain view.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and 42" LED screens in every room and in the living room.

In addition to the private area of the apartment, our guests have access to the building's corridors, elevators, parking, condo street, beach club next to the beach with all the previously mentioned amenities.
Of course our guests have access to Mantas Beach which has a very calm sea. You can walk along Playa Mantas and go to Playa Blanca at low tide.

The parking for the guests' vehicles is very secure in front of the building.
From the apartment you can enjoy an incredible and fresh mountain view and experience the nature and forest 8 meters away, do not miss a coffee in the balcony with the forest view. The Beach Club with its recreational pools, children's pool, semi-olympic pool and two jacuzzis. You can also enjoy a pool table, lounge area and a solarium.
