The space
Large villa in Lido Specchiolla, a short walk from the sea. Suitable for groups and families. Two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, outdoor shower, veranda. Two bicycles are available for guests.
Check in from 4pm to 8pm, check out no later than 11am.
The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, suitable for up to six people. The villa is equipped with a bedroom, bedroom, dining room with sofa bed, extra lounger, kitchen with ventilated oven and fridge with freezer, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, outdoor shower and equipped veranda (table, chairs, rocking chair, solarium area) and private garden. Well furnished house and a few steps from the sea (open beaches or equipped beaches can be reached on foot or by bike). Quiet and very comfortable area.
Linen change expected for long stays (more than seven days, once a week).
Other things to note
Specchiolla is a quiet and well served location. Convenience stores, pizzerias, pharmacies and bars are located a few steps from the house, as well as the market (clothing, fruits and vegetables, charcuterie, etc.) which takes place twice a week (Wednesdays and Sundays).
The house is near the pine forest. Specchiolla's little church is within walking distance.
Porticciolo di Specchiolla is 400m away. You can buy freshly caught fish every morning.
Nearby cities, such as San Vito dei Normanni (10min), Carovigno (10min) and Ostuni (20min), host concerts, singing and popular dancing performances, and many other events on summer evenings.
POINTS OF INTEREST IN THE AREA
The house is a few steps from the beaches of Lido Specchiolla. Specchiolla offers both free beaches, cliffs, and bathing establishments. The nearest beach and bathing establishment are 300m from the villa.
The Torre Guaceto State Nature Reserve is located a few kilometers away, as well as the renowned cities of Ostuni (reachable in 20 minutes), Cisternino (about 30min), Alberobello (45 min), etc.
The location is strategic for those who want to visit the towns of Basso Salento (Lecce - 40min - Otranto, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca) or Barese (Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte - 45min- or Castel del Monte). Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019, is located just over 100km from Specchiolla.
HOW TO GET TO CASA DOLLIBERIO
Brindisi airport is 20km away and Bari Airport is 85km away.
Brindisi station is 20km from Specchiolla. Other stations in the area include Ostuni and Carovigno.
In July and August there is an extra-urban bus service from Specchiolla to San Vito, Carovigno, Ostuni, Brindisi. More information on the stpbrindisi website.
