A spacious, family friendly cottage, surrounded by trees on the beautiful Aylen Lake. Perfect for multiple families or larger groups!
Located on the edge of Algonquin Park, our Hideaway is perfect for a quiet retreat or fun-filled vacation at the lake.
The deep, clean, and wide open waters of Aylen Lake make it great for boating, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Free access to boat launch at the landing is available with trailer parking at the cottage.

The space
Our two-storey cottage cottage has a large, fully equipped, open concept kitchen and dining room and a 3 piece bathroom on each floor.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. One with a beautiful view of the lake, and full sized bed with under bed storage. The second has 3 built-in single bunk beds and 1 queen sized bed. The third is another room with one full-size bed with under bed storage and a view of the forest.

The fourth bedroom is on the second floor with a king sized bed with views of the forest and lake, under bed storage and a closet, along with a walk through to the upstairs bathroom.

The upstairs also has three entertainment spaces with a TV, a large library of DVDs and VHS movies, pool table, and relaxing area to play board games, cards, or reading books.

You can also enjoy the outdoors in our screened-in porch with comfortable love seat and chairs.

Guest access
The whole cottage is yours to enjoy with restricted access to the basement.

Other things to note
For those adventurous enough to take day trips in Algonquin Park; passes can be purchased on Algonquin Park's website and the local outfitters can even deliver canoes for some paddling and portaging experiences in the park. They also offer day tour packages!

Fire wood is not provided but can be purchased in town or at various stands along Highway 60.
