The neighborhood is a pure explosion of life and atmosphere. You are surrounded by the Cervantes Theater, Plaza de la Merced, and Uncibay. A short walk from all the wonderful restaurants in the city and if you want to have a drink on a terrace you are also a short walk away!!

You can walk to the beach until you reach La Malagueta. On this beach you can rent your hammock and sunbathe, play volleyball and the children have many swings to have fun.
