Kith and Kin is a charming and unique three-bedroom old-style Ocracoke Island cottage with a spacious screened porch and a second-story open-air cupola. Enjoy easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, water sports, shops, galleries, and restaurants.

The space
Main House: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Bedroom with Queen Bed with deck access. Bedroom with Bunk Bed and adjacent Half Bath. Bath with shower stall.

Barn First Floor: Game Room. Washer/dryer. Interior stairway to second floor Bedroom. No heat or air conditioning in Game Room.

Barn Second Floor: Bedroom with 3 twin beds. Half Bath.

Other things to note
3 Bedrooms, 1 full and 2 half baths: Main House: 1 bedroom with Queen and one bedroom with Bunk Bed. A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The detached Barn offers 3 Twin beds and a half bath. The maximum occupancy is seven people, including children.

The Kith and Kin main house features a large open floor plan with French doors leading onto the spacious screened porch. The first floor of the barn is a game room with a bedroom and half bath above.

Amenities central heat and air conditioning (mini split systems), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and TV with cable service. Washer and dryer located in the Game Room. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds will be made.

The exterior offers a large screened porch with dining tables and seating. Balcony-style deck, open-air cupola, park-style charcoal grill, and fish bench.

Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 pets.

No Smoking. Limit of 4 vehicles.

We do provide a Starter Kit containing 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests will need to bring additional supplies to last for the stay, or purchase at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
