This was our first time with a Air B&B and we loved every minute of our stay. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed or could have asked for.

This property is in a very good location, within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens, Adelaide Wine Centre, the Adelaide Oval and the city centre. The house is spacious and has lots of character and a nice courtyard at the back for sitting or eating outside. Unfortunately we found the front bedroom to be very noisy, from traffic and passing pedestrians, and had to move into the back bedroom. This meant that we had to navigate our way up and down a narrow staircase to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also found the house to be superficially quite dusty and dirty, although I’m sure this wouldn’t bother many people.

Thanks for that feedback Barb. Interesting that in two years we've had no complaints about noise and glad you used upstairs bedroom. It was probably the Ashes revellers returning from drowning their sorrows! Luckily it's a rarity!

The house was very spacious and very comfortable, and was in a lovely neighbourhood. There was also an excellent specialty coffee shop just down the road. Terrence was very friendly and communicative, and made it very easy to check in/out. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to stay close to the CBD while being able to relax at home.

Important to understand that you are staying a persons home, and not a hotel/motel/ apartment. As such cleanliness, facilities etc may not be a the high level experienced at these venues. So long as your expectations are realistic and not expecting perfection, you will be happy with this house. Located in a good location very close to gardens, zoo and cbd, this home makes it easy to access attractions. Beautiful surrounding suburbs with tree lined streets and good coffee shop & hotel a 1 minute walk away. Note bedroom faces the street so you will get some street noise in the mornings and evenings as people use this street to access the main road nearby. Garage will not fit a full size Australian made sedan. Was very appreciative of welcome supplies (bread/milk/butter) awaiting us on our arrival, and house was generally well equipped. Small TV however. We enjoyed our time in Adelaide and would say this house is very good value. Would definitely consider when coming to Adelaide again and makes travelling with a family easy and affordable. Thank You.

The house was much larger than what we imagined. We had communication with Terrance and he was always available for any help or support, which we were truely appreciative of. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to our next stay.
