This old stonehouse with garden and parking place is situated in the small Istrian village of Dekovici. The house was built in the 18th century during the Venetian rule and is completely renovated in 2011.
It can easily be reached by car via the new motorway Trieste-Pula (3,5 km away from exit Visnjan direction Porec).
Porec (Parenzo), the biggest tourist resort in Istria, with its rich Roman, Byzantyne and Venetian heritage, is only 8 kilometers away, as much as the sea and the beaches. The main airports in the area are Pula (70 km), Rijeka (100 km) and Zagreb (250 km) in Croatia and Trieste (90 km) and Venice (Marco Polo or Treviso airports - 200 km ) in Italy. Porec can also be reached from Venice with a high speed ferry (2 h30min ) from 18.april till 6.october( (Website hidden by Airbnb) and by bus from Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula and Trieste.
