My husband and I just retired from the education profession. We love to welcome people from all over the world and introduce them to our wonderful island. I do a lot a preserves from the island bounty: rosehip jam and jelly, cranberry relish and sauce, and from the local producers: apple jelly and butter, wild blueberry jam, pasta sauce, salsa and more. All are available for sale. I also started working with cocoa and shea butters as well as coconut oil to produce whipped body butters, lip balms and sleeptime rubs. Also available for sale. We have a folder with suggested activities. Whale watching is an absolute must, as National Geographic has deemed Brier Island the 5th best place in the world to observe these majestic animals. Sightings are guaranteed, otherwise you will receive tickets for another trip. Like lobsters or scallops? We have a pound on the island with the freshest of both. It will be our pleasure to show you how to cook and eat them as well. Our mandate is to make your stay a memorable one.
