5-The unit is Clean and Disinfected .
6- The facilities such as Air Condition, heater on the stairs and in the bathroom, hot water, washer, drying machine, Iron, hair dryer, and etc. are available in this unit..

The space
The Side Entrance Door B is for entering to the Suite.This is a fully renovated private unit with Digital lock and self Check-in. The password will be submitted by the host to the guest on the day of the arrival for check-in.

Guest access
-In this Suite NOTHING IS SHARED WITH THE OTHERS, and all the area is at the service of our guests.
-For CHARGING ELECTRICAL VEHICLES (EVs), guests should provide their own Charging Cable .and extension cord. There is an electricity Plug ( outlet) with 240 Volts and 36Amp. ,Located in the building's garage near the guest's car parking spot.
-There will be access to the plug by message of guest to the host.
- THE COST FOR CHARGING THE VEHICLE IS 20 $ PER DAY

1- The whole unit is EXCLUSIVELY at the service of our guests, no sharing areas.
2-Everything is easy to use in this unit
3-The host recommends the guest to communicate through message for any questions/helps

Other things to note
- A mattress for putting on the sofa bed is located inside the closet.
- There are a fitted sheet for covering the mattress and a flat sheet plus pillows with the covers located inside the closet.
- Our guests are allowed to stay in this unit with maximum one pet.
- The cost for the stay of the pet is 40 CAD per pet per night.
