Well-located, simple and cozy house, on a paved street, just five blocks from the beach (+or- 400 meters) and close to shops (pizzeria, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, supermarket, beverage distributor, among others).
We are just over an hour from Curitiba, just 15 minutes from the boarding terminal for Ilha do Mel, and less than 5 minutes from the Marisol Event Center, where the Verão Maior Paraná shows take place in Pontal do Paraná.

The space
Large house, ground floor, all in masonry, guaranteeing greater thermal shape for its deserved rest. It has a living room, kitchen, pantry, two suites, bedroom, bathroom, garage and swimming pool.

The property is all walled, has a security camera and alarm system with monitoring.

In the LIVING ROOM we have a retractable/reclining sofa, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi internet, glassware and table with 5 chairs.

The KITCHEN is equipped with a sink with granite countertop, water filter, refrigerator with freezer, and stove. Dishes, silverware, glasses, glasses, and cups are not lacking!

In the PANTRY you will find the kitchen utensils (microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pans...) and cleaning products.
