Villa Cannole Istria is a charming and modern holiday house located in the peaceful village of Betiga, just km from a beautiful pebble beach and 20 km from Pula. Built in 2011, this semi-detached villa offers a comfortable and relaxing setting, ideal for families or small groups.

The property features a private, fully enclosed yard of 100 m2 with a heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage, a summer kitchen, a roof terrace with sun loungers, and private parking for two cars, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay in privacy.

The villa offers 150 m2 of living space spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen connected to a bright living and dining area with a sofa that can be used as an additional bed for one person. From here there is direct access to the closed terrace and the pool area. This level also includes a bedroom with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a single bed and a separate shower and toilet.

The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a French bed, an additional single bed, and a private shower and toilet, providing comfortable accommodation for guests.

A special highlight of Villa Cannole Istria is the basement leisure and wellness area, ideal for spending time together in any season. It includes a jacuzzi, a sauna, a billiard table, and a table for card games, creating a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment.
