This thoughtfully renovated 2 bed/ 2.5 bath Mount Pleasant townhouse has a sneaky awesome backyard fit-out with putting green, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Watch the game from the jacuzzi! This location couldn’t be more convenient: Just 5 miles to Sullivan’s Island + bike or walk to Whole Foods, Shem Creek, and tons of Mt. Pleasant restaurants. Isle of Palms is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston.

This 2-story townhome was renovated top to bottom with all the personal touches you’d want in your own home + a few vacation-home essentials, in a location that can’t be beat! Cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to kick back, cook if you want – bike to a restaurant if you don’t – work if you must (but we hope you won’t!)

Whatever your vibe, the brand new backyard hot tub is here to ensure you get some time to relaaaax after your hole-in-one on the putting green.
