This is NOT 'entire house' - it is a wing of the house, which is shared by up to 3 families at once - it's 1/4 house, with owners taking 1/2 house and other 1/4 for other visitors. Description is misleading and it's overpriced for a shared house. The oppressive rules and need to …

Response from Astrid:
It's an entire APARTMENT Jason & Michelle - you must have misread -Heathcote Views has NEVER been advertised as an entire house - its a 3 room apartment and when booked it is confirmed YOU ARE THE ONLY GUESTS. You would be correct in saying it's at the eastern wing of a 50 square residence, so describing the property as a 'share house' is really quite a puerile unsophisticated observation. Your disappointment may be in discovering the other bedroom was locked but then we always offer the choice of either king or queen bedroom, neither you nor Michelle requested to book both bedrooms. In fact on arrival you both expressed delight with the accommodation when asked if this was what you expected. Michelle especially appreciated the wow factor & size of the luxurious bathroom with heated spa bath for 2 & walk in glass shower. Unfortunately Jason Freeman was unable to make any positive comments on his stay with Michelle but we are happy he followed our suggestion to dine at Heathcote Harvest and has agreed that made his stay an enjoyable experience. We haven't increased our rates since opening and feel the rate for 3 rooms for accommodation in a uniquely quiet location as is Heathcote Views, is within range for our region plus most places now require a bond if no valid credit card is provided. We're also pleased Jason & his friend took time to wander over the 100 acres of our farm and our property & enjoyed the magnificent sunset on the hill before heading off to dinner. It's probably also true we could fit 3 or 6 tiny houses into the space we currently occupy but then we wouldn't be offering the sense of freedom of space we currently enjoy sharing with our many delighted guests.

Gorgeous little place, with very friendly hosts and an extra friendly cat who loved to visit whenever the door opened. Personally I loved all the animals - dogs, cat, chickens, sheep, alpacas and roos all at your door. Was great to wander over the 100 acres, very peaceful and …
