Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy a new ground level one bedroom suite in a peaceful rural setting. This space offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and lots of space for you to enjoy. The suite is self contained with its own private entrance from the main house. Located within a 5 minute drive to beaches, wineries and downtown Summerland.

The space
Our suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom suite in a brand new home. It is very spacious with an open concept living room/dining room/full kitchen. The bedroom has a very comfortable new queen bed and there is lots of storage for clothes and suitcases or bags. The bathroom has a tub/shower unit. There is a stacking washer and dryer in its own small room. There are 2 couches and a TV with some free channels and a Roku for you to stream shows if you have a password for your own streaming services. Guests have told us they really like the bright openness of the unit as well as the cleanliness throughout.

Other things to note
We have a non smoking or vaping policy as well as a no pet policy.
We are on a septic system so only toilet paper can be put in the toilet.
We are located close the highway for easy access to Penticton to the south or Kelowna to the north.
