All keys will be hand-delivered when you check in and the entire house and amenities will be yours for the duration of your stay. It's your own home and you don't have to share it with anyone
During your stay, we would like to offer you comfort. You can explore the whole house such as kitchen, living room, BBQ, front yard...even there is a washing machine with free washing powder and drying on the clothes rack, enjoy yourself like your own house:))

Other things to note
★ SOME NOTES NEED TO READ BEFORE CHOOSING Baba Homestay Da Nang
Please read this whole section before booking. Although the new home and city center still have things that make you not happy. Our goal is to bring you the experience of living in the Vietnamese native atmosphere and unique emotion; therefore, we want to make sure that you know the following:
1. LOCATION: the house is located in the center of the city. Just behind the house.
2. The house has 3 floors and can only be accessed by the staircase.
3. NO Flies, MOSQUITOES inside the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Da Nang, you will sometimes see mosquitoes from the garden and surrounding greenery areas or flying cockroaches (they are especially attracted by the light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don't forget TO CAREFULLY CLOSE the door/window when you use the laundry room, go out to the balcony or go out to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedroom. MOSQUITO REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet but bringing your own will not hurt. Mosquitoes aren't really that bad but their presence increases after a heavy downpour, especially in the rainy season and the twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you bring into the house. Make sure you don't bring them into your bedroom.
4. There is some basic spices in the kitchen If you want more , please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up after yourself.
5. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. TV only at the living room
Other things to note
1. Chek in : We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check-in.
Late check-in is welcome: There is no limit on check-in time. You can sign up no matter how late. But we hope to be informed before your check-in time.
Early check-in: If available, we'll be happy to check you in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you come back to check in.
2. Please keep quiet after 10pm, please if you go out and come back after 10pm you should not make noise for neighbors, thanks
3. The car parking area is a park nearby 20 meters from the house
4. Do not use stimulants and add additional occupants during the stay during the stay without declaration. If more people sleep through the night you have to tell us in advance so we can make a stay declaration.
