Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway looking over the Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideally situated on the Devon/Cornwall border, with easy access to Dartmoor, Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican & National Aquarium & beaches a 20 minute drive away. Sit & watch the sun go down on the balcony.
This one bed apartment is in a quiet location yet close to all amenities, bus stops close by. Guests have their own entrance, sharing a communal hall. Off street parking available

Well equipped small kitchen perfect for your stay. Electric hob, microwave & fridge. Tea, coffee & milk provided.
Iron available on request.
Small table for dining, can be used as a work space.
The lounge has french doors out onto the balcony.
Modern walk in shower with plenty of hot water.
King size bed with french doors out onto balcony to enjoy our view.
If you want peace & quiet, with a lovely view yet easy access to all the beautiful countryside & amenities Plymouth has to offer our apartment is for you.

Guests have their own 1 bed apartment with access to part of the balcony.
There is a green at the top of the drive where dogs can walk, along with fields behind the house.

Other things to note
Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment & should be kept off furniture.
We have a Labrador called Walter.
We have a Ring doorbell.
We are a no smoking house including the balcony.
Tea, coffee & pint of milk to start you off!
