Recent guests loved the smooth start to this stay.
This newly built guest bedroom, bathroom and exclusive use of music/day room is beautifully decorated. The bedroom has a mini fridge with tea/coffee making facilities, a smart TV, a comfy armchair and French doors leading out onto a patio with a bistro table and chairs for enjoying the peaceful setting.
The en suite Shower Room boasts a heated towel rail, toothbrush charger, teak shower seat and is fully accessible for a wheelchair user.

Continental breakfast included.

The space
Although the Guest Annex is attached to the main house, guests have their own entrance and complete privacy. The property is situated on a private lane 5 minutes walk from Beverley Town Centre with its historic Minster,
market squares, churches, restaurants and cafes. The beautiful open pastures of the Westwood are 2 minutes walk away. We are also perfectly placed for Beverley Racecourse and the Michelin approved Westwood Restaurant.
We offer ample parking.

Guest access
Besides the private bedroom and en suite, guests are welcome to exclusive use of the garden/music room which is private to them during their stay. This room boasts a baby grand piano, a full drumkit and a guitar for guests to enjoy.

We work as an artist (David) and seamstress (Claire). We have two sons, Lucas (at university) and Felix (at home with us). We have lived in various places during our married life: London, Toronto and now Beverley. Claire grew up near Beverley hence deciding to settle back in Yorkshire. We bought The Dell in 2017 and embarked on a large renovation project which we are very pleased with.
