This updated 3-bed/2-bath oasis features a private pool, outdoor entertainment area, and privacy fence. 5 minute walk to playground, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, and dog park. Sporting equipment is provided for use! Centrally located for easy access to Tampa's river walk, stunning beaches, downtown Tampa, TPA and more. Enjoy modern comforts indoors, relax by the pool, or explore nearby attractions. Ideal for a memorable vacation!

Guest access
The entire house and the garage are yours to use. Just please be mindful that the supplies in the garage are not for guest use without special permission. The exception is the sports equipment and the washer/dryer! Feel free to grab whatever sports gear you need, but please put it back where you found it. While the washer and dryer are available, you should be providing your own detergent and dryer sheets. The supply I have is for housekeeping to keep your linens nice and clean :)
