In addition, it has a complete kitchen with everything you need to cook. It has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and kitchenware. Likewise, we have a Nespresso coffee machine where we always leave welcome coffee for our guests and a kettle.
Along with the kitchen, a beautiful handmade table with four seats.

Where you’ll be

Valencia, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain

Are you one of those who prefer a lively neighborhood, closer to the historic center of the city, universities and commerce, but you don't want to live in downtown, where all the bustle is? Then the L’Amistat neighborhood is the perfect one.

This neighborhood is one of those that make up the district of Algirós. It borders with Avenida Blasco Ibáñez on the north; to the south with Calle Santos Justo and Pastor; on the east with Doctor Manuel Candela street and finally to the west with Cardinal Benlloch Avenue. In each of these streets you can find bus lines and even at the intersection of Doctor Manuel Candela street with Santos Justo y Pastor is located the metro L’Amistat, corresponding to the L5 and the L7.

On the one hand the L5 could take you to stations such as Marítim-Serrería (which leaves you 10 minutes from the beach), Colón, Xátiva (right at the entrance of the Nord Station), Ángel Guimerá and the Airport. On the other hand, the L7 can take you to Bailén, also very close to Estació del Nord, and Jesús, which connects with the Joaquín Sorolla Station.

Do you come to Valencia for the music? So this is your neighborhood as there are several live music bars. Do you come to Valencia to study? It's okay, the University of Valencia is just one or two metro stations (depending on the faculty you are going to), or the Polytechnic University of Valencia is a 20 minute walk. Do you come to Valencia to learn Spanish or English? You'll find many language schools around this area, and even getting to the ones that are downtown is very easy by bus or metro.

You see, the L’Amistat neighborhood is one of the most central and crowded neighborhoods. In this there are several offices, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops of all kind. The subway is just a short walk away. You will find bus stops at each point.

Before we say goodbye, we would like to tell you a curious fact, as we are also one of those who like curiosities. Previously, in the L’Amistat neighborhood they lived railway workers, since it was close to the Cabanyal and Aragon station, which were very cheerful. So in the neighborhood there was friendship and complicity. Reason why the neighborhood has this name. Currently, these workers no longer live in this area, however the air to complicity you can still feel it.
