Brian and Nigel were so helpful with our delayed flight issue. We unfortunately only got to sleep here briefly, however the room was very cosy and exactly what we needed after a long day of delays and flying. The house is stunning and very interesting, a great place to stay - especially if you like art and architecture. Thank you again for such a lovely stay and such great communication. Hope to visit again in the future.

Fantastic and unique place to stay. The views from the lower bedroom (the bedroom with all the windows) are amazing. The house is so unique that is an adventure on its own. And Brian and Nigel are super friendly hosts.

Hello,
We enjoy living by the seaside and making the most of the outdoors. Recently went to Japan where we stayed in lots of great Airbnb places, now it is our turn to host. The house in Eastbourne has lots of nick names including The Castle and The Gatehouse. It was designed in the mid 1970's by well-known NZ Architect Ian Athfield. People often admired it and take photos. We enjoy meeting new people from other parts of New Zealand and from all over the world. Brian & Nigel
