Located next to the train station and surrounded by vibrant tourist activities, this is the perfect spot for exploring all that Valencia has to offer. With easy access to public transportation, including the airport, train station, city center, and beach, you'll have no trouble getting around.

We offer a comfortable private room with double bed from which to take rest while exploring this beautiful city.

Welcome to our charming historic Spanish-style apartment in the heart of Valencia, Spain! Located right next to the iconic bullfighting ring, our flat offers a unique and culturally rich experience. The apartment is filled with natural light and excellent ventilation, creating a refreshing and inviting atmosphere.

Your cozy bedroom is completely private and equipped with a lock. You'll share a well-maintained and clean bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, and shower, with just one other bedroom.

In addition to your private room, you'll have shared access to the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room. Feel free to prepare meals, relax in the comfortable living space, or enjoy a delicious dinner in the dining area. These common areas are shared with other guests, providing an opportunity to meet fellow travelers and create memorable experiences.

Guest access
Private access to your room which is well lit, ventilated and spacious. It includes a comfortable double bed 140x200. A set of fresh bed sheets and towels will be provided and ready when you check in.

Shared access to the common areas - these include the large kitchen, living room and dining room. You share these areas with other guests.

Shared access to the bathroom. You share the bathroom with 1 other bedroom that can have 1 or 2 guests staying in it. Hair dryer and shower gel also included.

This is not a full private apartment. It is a private room with lock inside a shared home.

We offer late check-in's after 22.00 with prior approval from us. If you would like this service please let us know prior to booking and if approved it does come with an extra fee.

Additional cleaning/new towels and sheets can be provided for a small fee. If you are interested in this please let us know at least 24 hours before so it can be arranged.
