Our rental condo is WALKING DISTANCE from a public beach in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also very close to an Oxxo (convenience store) and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, golf club, etc.

Across the street is a convenience store (oxxo mini super-market type).

Walmart & Chedraui are the closest grocery stores just 7 min drive.
The Beach 10 min walk (beach club) has a restaurant, umbrellas and chairs (rental), pool, bathrooms (small fee or free if use of restaurant) and many more beach entertainment.

If you are planning to do recreational activities, our property manager Gamaliel will assist you with the best tips and connections to get discounts of any type of tours and watersports activities such as surfing, jet skis, Boat tours, fishing and others.

We provide our guests with electricity usage for up to 15 KWh for every day of their stay free of charge. This is enough for the reasonable use of all the equipment and A/Cs. Most of our guests do not pay anything extra especially if taking care of the use of the ACs, closing the doors, & windows and turn off A/C if not at Home or in Bedrooms. Anything above this usage has a charge of $4 MXP (approximately 20 cents USD) per KWh. If using the equipment appropriately, there is no extra charge. Save energy and save money!
