A lovely, spacious house in sought after Crouch End (north London) with its great cafes and restaurants, excellent shops, parks, cinemas and good transport links (Kings Cross 16 minutes from Hornsey station). Our home includes: a superb kitchen-dining room with bi-fold doors opening onto a lovely SW facing garden; large comfortable double lounge; two double bedrooms (one with roof terrace); luxury bathroom; additional separate toilet. Central-heating and wifi throughout. Cleaner if required.
The accommodation includes, Ground floor: a superb kitchen-dining room with a electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, large kitchen dining table with six chairs, floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that open onto the lovely southwest facing garden and patio full of trees and plants; a large comfortable double living room with wide-screen TV, contemporary gas fire, hi-fi, desk; First floor: double bedroom with large wardrobe and French windows giving access to a terrace overlooking the garden; large office with a new and comfortable sofa bed, bay windows and door onto small balcony; large and modern bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath, toilet, full length mirror; an additional separate toilet; Washing machine and clothes dryer are on the top floor and shared with our lovely (and quiet) tenant who has her own kitchen and bathroom. There is central heating and wifi.
Our house is available to rent for the whole of September and October 2017. There is on road parking (with parking permits). The front door entrance is shared with our permanent tenant who has a self-contained flat on the top floor. We will not be living in the house and will supply door keys, wifi code and all the information you need to enjoy your stay.
Interaction with guests
We look forward to welcoming you and giving you all the information you need to enjoy our home and have a great time in this wonderful part of London. We will welcome guests on the first day of their stay and provide phone numbers to call if there are any problems. Our neighbours are friendly and helpful and carry spare keys. We can arrange for a cleaner should that be required.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free household.
- washing machine and dryer shared with tenant on top floor
- Always double lock the front door at night and when the house is empty
- please keep the house clean ( a weekly cleaner can be provided if required)
- This is a quiet neighbourhood so please do not make a noise at night
- Do not use the top floor (other than to use the washing machine) as this is our lodger's flat.
