This property is located near Yoyogi-Uehara Station, 3-minute walk from the station.
You can go to Shinjuku without changing trains.
It also has excellent access to some of the busiest areas in Tokyo. There is a
Family mart within 5min walk, so you can shop nearby during your stay.
Since it is a detached house, it can accommodate up to 12 people, so you can stay with your family and friends without stress and feel at home.

Other things to note
[Request based on the new private lodging law]
1. We may receive noise complaints from neighbors.
Making noise or using sound equipment at night is prohibited.
If you are reported to the police, you may be asked to leave immediately, so please remain quiet during the night.
*If you receive a complaint from a nearby resident or report to the police due to a noise problem, you will be fined 100,000 yen, so please be careful when using the facility.
2. Under the new private lodging law that went into effect on June 15, 2018, all guests staying at private lodging establishments are required to submit the following information to create a guest list.
・Name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number of the guest
・Photo with full passport visible
・A photo that shows your face together with your passport photo (to confirm your identity)
*If you have an address in Japan, please submit your ID/passport.
If you do not submit this information, we may have no choice but to refuse your stay.
Regarding personal information, we will not disclose, provide, sell, consign, or share users' personal information without their permission. However, we will provide information if we receive inquiries or requests from judicial institutions such as courts or the police, or administrative institutions that require legal obligations based on laws and regulations.
