Welcome to the union of our two superb apartments, designed to offer you spacious and comfortable living where you can create precious memories.
In our first apartment, you'll find a large bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for peaceful nights of sleep. The modern living room is ideal for relaxation and entertainment, featuring an elegant sofa bed that provides extra space for your guests. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker) allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the bathroom offers all the necessary comforts. Additionally, you'll have access to a washer and dryer in each appartment to make your stay even more convenient.
In our second apartment, you'll discover a spacious master bedroom with another sumptuous king-size bed, ensuring restful nights of sleep. Furthermore, a second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-size beds, perfect for accommodating the whole family or a group of friends. The living room is tastefully furnished as well, with a cozy sofa where you can unwind after a busy day. Like in the first apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, and the bathroom is there for your comfort.
These units are not connected and are located on the same floor. You will visit your group via an internal walkway inside the building. You can walk indoors between units a few feet using socks or slippers, outdoor shoes are not required. To properly illustrate this passage, a photo is provided in this listing.

We have a smart television in the unit but do not provide cable channels. There is an HDMI cable available for you to connect your PC/Mac to the television.
*NOISE*
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Please note that, like everywhere in Montreal, our charming vintage building may experience some traffic noise. There may also be occasional sounds from neighboring apartments. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs on-site.
We offer a starter pack of supplies that includes:
- Dishwasher and laundry soap tabs
- Paper towels
- Recycling and trash bags
- Sponge
- Dish soap and all purpose cleaner
- Shampoo
- Body soap
We use thin microfiber towels, an eco-friendly choice to reduce our environmental impact while still offering great comfort.

*PARKING*
The private outdoor parking space can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a small SUV. Due to limited space and to prevent damage to the property, larger vehicles—such as trucks and Suburbans—must be parked on the street.
There is free on-street parking near the building. Make sure to read the restriction parking signs when you park your car anywhere in the city.
*AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT*
The apartments are equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom.
We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, importantly consider your personal preferences for cooling as the unit does not have central air.
*CONSTRUCTION WORK IN ONE OF THE BUILDING'S APARTMENTS*
From January 5th to February 11th, 2026, construction work will be carried out in one of the apartments adjacent to yours. We are renovating the bathroom there. You may hear construction noise during the day during this period.
