The space
This little cocoon is located in the heart of Vieux-Nice in a typical Nice building.
Air-conditioned apartment
Ideally located in the old Nice, 2 steps from the Place du Cours Saleya, a typical place where you can find its large Nice market, between local products and local artisans. Treat yourself to a sunny stroll on the famous Promenade des Anglais and take a lunch break facing the sea on the Pointe du Rauba-Capeu.
The castle hill is 400m from the apartment.
The famous Garibaldi Square is 600m (8min) away
For your shopping trip, the city center of Nice with its shops is 10 minutes walk or by tram.
For transport you will find the Tramway 5 minutes away ( Stop Cathédrale - Vieille Ville) or (Garibaldi stop).
For your comfort, you will find a sofa bed with a 160x200 mattress, 14 cm thick.
A fully furnished apartment where you will only have to put your things down, with an equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, extractor hood and several storage units.
The living/sleeping area has a 2 meter sofa, a small coffee table, a bar table for you to enjoy your meals or work. A beautiful 110 cm TV with NETFLIX included.
A large dressing room will allow you to put your things down.
A small, very functional bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
We provide one bath towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel as well as bed linen and a kitchen towel. Dish soap and hand soap are provided.

The apartment is on the middle floor (2/3) WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, you will still have a few steps (9 steps) to climb to get to this sublime apartment.
Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
If you would like to check in early (before 4pm as listed), you will need to ask me 10 days before your arrival so that I can validate your request with my cleaning service.
Your request may be declined if the cleaning service has an overly busy schedule.
Early check-ins will be charged an additional €15.
Other things to note
Tram Line 2 provides the direct journey from Nice airport (Terminal 1 and 2) to the Cathedral Old Town or Garibaldi/ Le Château stop. The property is a 5-minute walk from its stops.
You will find paid parking spaces in the Parking "Palais de Justice" 2 minutes from the apartment, or Parking "Corvesy" 5 minutes away.
Free parking is on the streets outside of Old Nice from 8pm to 9am.
